Mental Health Awareness Week!

 
Taking care of ourselves and being good to ourselves is great for good mental health and well-being. When you think about all the good things about yourself, it should remind you of why you deserve to take good care of yourself. However, it is when we are busy or stressed and we need self-care the most that we are less purposeful about all the little things we need to be well. Try to be purposeful about nourishment and hydration, about getting enough sleep, and about being active. These simple steps are important to feeling the best that we can.
